Personal Statment
“Giving my patients the best care means really listening to them. I try to block out all other thoughts and distractions and listen to what they have to say. I like to develop personal relationships with each patient. I spend the time needed to understand their personal history and experiences, and hear their complete medical situation. When my patients have health issues, I try to present all of the available treatment options so that, together, we can make the best decision for their care.”
Raised in Auburn, Alabama, Dr. Parnell relocated to Mobile for medical school and fell in love with the area. She is an avid Auburn football fan and enjoys reading, time on the water, and travel. Dr. Parnell is married to Stuart and they recently welcomed a son, Jim.
